PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, new product launches, or promotional periods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping method options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.
SHIPPING DESTINATION
We currently ship wholesale orders within the United States. For international wholesale inquiries, please contact us at help@gequiltdesigns.com.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT
Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or contains incorrect products, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@gequiltdesigns.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of any damage. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your shipment appears lost, contact us at help@gequiltdesigns.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. GE Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
