GE Designs was founded by quilt designer Gudrun Erla, who brought her Icelandic patterns to the US in 2003. Since then she has created hundreds of patterns, written more than 20 books, and designed the Stripology ruler line, the industry's best-selling specialty rulers. Her class-programming system gives quilt shops a proven way to fill their classrooms and turn students into repeat customers. Two decades in, we're still family-run.

Quarterly Zoom calls, first look at new releases, and a real relationship with the designer, not a rotating rep. She built GE Designs from the first online quilt shop in Iceland, and she is still the one behind the work today.
